21.\nMEASURE SFS - COMMERCIAL STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR DINARD AVE,\nMARYTON AVE, MARQUARDT AVE, PARK ST & PIKE ST – AUTHORIZATION\nTO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Measure SFS Commercial Street\nImprovement for Dinard Ave, Maryton Ave, Marquardt Ave, Park St and Pike St\nProject; and\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to advertise construction bids; and\n3) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Exemption for the subject project with\nthe Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
