23.\nLETTER\nOF\nAGREEMENT:\nRECONNECTING\nNEIGHBORHOODS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nCOMMUNITIES\nAND\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Letter\nNeighborhoods; and\nof\nAgreement\n-\nReconnecting\nCommunities\nand\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Letter of Agreement - Reconnecting\nCommunities and Neighborhoods; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
