9.f.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-099\nCONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID DE VRIES AS\nDIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL OF THE\nDIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EMPLOYMENT\nAGREEMENT\nStaff is asking the City Council to consent to the appointment of David De\nVries as Economic Development Director and approve his employment\nagreement for services as Economic Development Director.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-099 approving the employment agreement\nbetween the City and David De Vries for the position of Director of\nEconomic Development; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the employment agreement.
