7.h. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL PLANNING\nMANAGER SERVICES WITH WILDAN ENGINEERING\nThe City is in need of an interim Planning Manager while recruitment for a\npermanent Community Development Manager is being conducted. Wildan\nEngineering has provided a proposal to temporarily provide Planning\nManager services for the city.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends approving the attached\nagreement for Planning Manager services provided by Wildan Engineering\nin the not-to-exceed amount of $65,000 and for an additional three (3)\nmonths of services if needed for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of\n$130,000.
