9.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KLEINFELDER, INC.\nFOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTING AND MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES FOR THE\nONTARIO GRAND PARK PROJECT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No.\n10 to the Professional Services Agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Ontario, California, for oncall geotechnical consulting and materials testing services for the Grand Park Project in the\namount of $1,168,253 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $2,907,138.
