3.F.\nCooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco and the\nRiverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District for the\nNorco Recycled Water Distribution System Project (aka Snipes Park\nBooster Station Upgrades and Lake Norconian Flow Control Station\nReplacement)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the Cooperative Funding Agreement with Riverside County Flood\nControl & Water Conservation District (RCFC & WCD) to design and\nconstruct the Norco Recycled Water Distribution System Project (aka\nSnipes Park Booster Station Upgrades and Lake Norconian Flow Control\nStation Replacement Project), subject to non-substantive changes and\napproval by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors; and authorize the\nMayor to execute the agreement.
