10.8\nHighway Safety Improvement Program Cycle 12 Grant for the Edgeline Striping\nImprovements Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept the California Department of Transportation’s (Caltrans) Highway Safety\nImprovement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 grant funds in the amount of $51,480 for\nthe Edgeline Striping Improvements Project, Capital Improvement Program (CIP)\nProject No. 26-03; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Program Supplemental\nAgreement with Caltrans for the project plans, specifications and estimates\nphase of the Project; and\n3. Adopt two budget amendment resolutions appropriating $51,480 in\ncorresponding revenues within the Grant Fund 2301 and expenditures within the\nCapital Projects Fund 4320 to the Project account.
