Accept the Petition of CG Menifee 1, LLC, and CG Menifee 2, LLC, CUP 2019013, located south of Scott Road, west of Bailey Park Boulevard, and east of\nZeiders Road, into Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1, Maintenance\nServices, as Annexation No. 33; and\n2. Adopt a resolution of intention to add Annexation No. 33 into CFD No. 2017-1, to\nauthorize the levy of special tax therein to finance certain maintenance services,\nand to set a public hearing for December 17, 2025.
