J.\nAMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TRUE CLEAN SOURCE\nLLC FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT CITY FACILITIES\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve amendment for one-year extension to the agreement with True Clean\nSource, LLC for Janitorial Services at City Facilities; and\n2. Increase the annual not-to-exceed amount by $15,000, from $55,000 to\n$70,000.\n3.
