F.\nAPPROVAL OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FINAL TRACT MAP 37601\nFOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE PURPOSES LOCATED AT THE\nTERMINUS OF AMARILLO ST., NORTH OF MISSION BLVD,\nINCLUDING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVAL\nOF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND ACCEPTANCE\nOF IMPROVEMENT BONDS\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. That the City Council approve Final Tract Map 37601 and Authorize the\nMayor to approve and accept dedications as follows:\na.) The easements for street and public utility purposes over all of Lot: A, B;\nand\nb.) The easement for public utility purposes with the right of ingress and\negress for emergency vehicles with the “Private Streets” over Lots: C, D,\nE, F; and\nc.) The easement for public utility purposes with the right of ingress and\negress for emergency vehicles with the “Private Road Easements” over\nLots: G, H, I; and\n2. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n3.
