8. \nRecommendation to authorize the General Manager to issue a task order for\nengineering services for the Pier B Gas Pipeline Relocation Project, in an amount\nnot to exceed $2,403,220 (which includes a 15% contingency), for a period of three\nyears under Agreement No. UT-3937 with SPEC Services, Inc., for On-Call\nEngineering Services; authorize the General Manager to exercise the options to\nrenew for two additional one-year periods under Agreement UT-3937; and\nauthorize the General Manager to amend Agreement UT-3937 to include the Pier\nB Gas Pipeline Relocation Project’s scope of work and deliverables.\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
