10.1.\nIntroduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 19-25 amending Chapter 2.10 of\nTitle\n2 of\nthe\nOrange\nMunicipal\nCode\nrelating\nto\ncontrolled\ncommittee\ncontributions, as well as the process to incorporate amendments and additional\nrequirements to Chapter 2.10.\nRecommended Action:\nIntroduce and conduct First Reading of Ordinance No. 19-25.
