5.C. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT WITH AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nSIXTEEN (16) ADDITIONAL POLICE BODY-WORN CAMERAS AND ENHANCED SERVICES\nPresented by Nghia Nguyen, Police Captain\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Axon Enterprise,\nInc. for the purchase of 16 additional police body-worn cameras (BWC) with associated\nhardware, software, data, evidence storage, and enhanced two-way connectivity services for a\ntotal 19-month cost of $81,949.78; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Clerk to execute the agreement; and, 4) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of\n$82,000 from Measure R funds for this purpose.
