Cardinale, City Attorney\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt an Ordinance adding Chapter 8.58 to the Buena Park\nMunicipal Code prohibiting the sale or distribution of highly concentrated kratom products in\nthe City of Buena Park. Staff will also provide a summary of the Municipal Code's existing\nprohibition on cannabis sales in response to concerns raised by residents.
