(REPORT OF: PARKS AND\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES) (DISTRICT 1)\nRequest to Review and Consider the Public Arts Commission’s Approval of Utility\nBox Art Program Application- Brandon Carn at the Corner of Elsworth St. and Cactus\nAve.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and CSD:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation; and\n2. Review and consider approval of Utility Box Art Program Application from Brandon\nCarn for the design of one utility box wrap at the intersection of Elsworth St. and\nCactus Ave (Base entrance); and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an agreement\nfor services with the approved applicant utilizing funding from DIF Public Art Fund\n3316.
