RESOLUTION OF EXEMPTION FROM CEQA REVIEW FOR THE POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF\nCERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7891 WHITAKER STREET (APN 277-052-27) TO ABATE A\nPUBLIC NUISANCE\nPresented by Matt Foulkes, Director of Community and Economic Development\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt the attached Resolution making certain findings of fact and\ndetermining that the potential acquisition of that certain real property located in the City of\nBuena Park described below, including potential acquisition by eminent domain, to abate a\npublic nuisance, is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code Section 21000 et seq.), and direct staff to file the associated “Notice of\nExemption” with the County of Orange.
