FOR CITYWIDE TREE TRIMMING\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) 21-40 with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for citywide tree trimming services in the amount of\n$348,500; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, nonmonetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement.
