R.\nAPPROVE A TASK ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $742,500 WITH INTERACTIVE\nDESIGN CORPORATION, PURSUANT TO ON-CALL AGREEMENT A8876, FOR THE\nSWIM CENTER RENOVATIONS PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 25-06\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Task Order in the amount of $742,500 with Interactive Design Corporation\n(IDC), pursuant to On-Call Agreement A8876 for the Swim Center Renovations\nProject, City Project No. 25-06; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
