Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. A9206 (Attachment A) with Same Day\nExpress LLC, dba Signature Sculpture, for the cleaning and maintenance\nof additional public art pieces, for an additional amount of $134,905, and a\nrevised amount not to exceed $274,704.50.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
