J.\nAPPROVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH ACTION TARGET FOR DESIGN,\nEQUIPMENT, AND INSTALLATION OF HVAC AND RANGE SYSTEMS FOR THE\nPOLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract for Construction No. 25S423 (Attachment A) with Action Target, Inc.\nfor an amount not to exceed $1,455,155.38 for the design, equipment purchase, and\ninstallation of HVAC and range systems at the Police Department’s firing range; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents.
