7.\nRECOMMENDATION OF PROPOSALS TO PROCEED TO THE FINAL\nROUND FOR THE COMPETITIVE OFFERING WITHIN THE PACIFIC\nCENTER EAST SPECIFIC PLAN Two (2) proposals are recommended for\nCity Council consideration to proceed to the Final Round for the\ncompetitive offering for Planning Area 10 of the Pacific Center East\nSpecific Plan. The recommendation is made by a staff supported, Mayor\nappointed Ad-Hoc Committee composed of Council Members Ryan\nGallagher and Ray Schnell.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize staff\nand the City’s broker Jones Lang LaSalle to inform two (2) proposers from\nthe competitive offering for Planning Area 10 of the Pacific Center East\nSpecific Plan that they will be proceeding to the Final Round.Fiscal\nImpact: There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.\nAGENDA REPORT
