10.\nApprove the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Orange County Continuum of Care,\nCounty of Orange, and Cities of Irvine and Santa Ana for Round 6 of the Homeless Housing\nAssistance and Prevention Program Commitment to Partnership and Participation in a regionally\ncoordinated homelessness action plan and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\nthe MOU and take the necessary actions to implement activities to coordinate homelessness\nhousing interventions and supportive services in the region consistent with the guidance issued\nby the California Department of Housing and Community Development under the Homeless\nHousing, Assistance and Prevention Program.
