Conduct a public hearing;\n2. Find and determine that the proposed Project is categorically exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSections 15301 and 15303 of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of\nRegulations (Class 1, Existing Facilities; Class 3, New Construction or\nConversations of Small Structures); and\n3.
