5.5 Planning Agency Public Hearings\n5.5.1 Site Development Permit (SDP) No. USE-0195-2024, a Request by Abigail\nJara, of A&S Engineering, on Behalf of Southland Property Investments,\nLLC for Approval of a Site Development Permit to Convert the Alicia\nAuto Spa From a Full-Service to a Self-Service Car Wash, Including SelfService Vacuums and Drying Stations Located at 24795 Alicia Parkway\nRecommendation: That the Planning Agency:\n1. Conduct a public hearing;\n2. Find and determine that the proposed Project is categorically exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSections 15301 and 15303 of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of\nRegulations (Class 1, Existing Facilities; Class 3, New Construction or\nConversations of Small Structures); and\n3. Adopt a Resolution entitled: “A Resolution of the Planning Agency of the\nNo. USE-0195-2024, a Request by Abigail Jara, of A&S Engineering, on\nBehalf of Southland Property Investments, LLC for Approval of a Site\nDevelopment Permit to Convert the Alicia Auto Spa From a Full-Service\nto a Self-Service Car Wash, Including Self-Service Vacuums and Drying\nStations Located at 24795 Alicia Parkway, Including an Exemption from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15301 and 15303 of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of\nRegulations (Class 1, Existing Facilities; Class 3, New Construction or\nConversions of Small Structures).”
