11.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, declaring public purpose and authorizing the Director of Public\nWorks to negotiate and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the California Department\nof Transportation (Caltrans) to acquire property adjacent to 1251 West Lincoln Avenue (Caltrans\nParcel No. DK 001153-01-01) for public purposes including, approving a Purchase and Sale\nAgreement (PSA), in substantial form, with Caltrans, to acquire the property for the fair market land\nvalue, to be substantiated upon City review of the Caltrans appraisal, for public purposes; and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to take all actions necessary or advisable to\nimplement and administer the PSA [including, determination that the Purchase and Sale\nAgreement is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines].\nAmend the FY 2025/26 Anaheim Fire & Rescue budget in an amount equal to the final purchase\nprice.
