14.\nThis is a Public Hearing to consider a resolution adopting modifications to the Anaheim Tourism\nImprovement District (ATID) of 2010 Management Plan relating to expanding boundaries; revising\nactivities and improvements including adding housing related activities and improvements;\nchanging allocation of assessment funds to provide funding for housing-related activities;\nestablishing a Housing Committee; adding Vacation Ownership Resorts to businesses subject to\nthe assessment and adopting a related modification to the Resolution of Formation; and an\nordinance amending Chapter 2.14 of the Anaheim Municipal Code related to the ATID.\nFollowing the public hearing and public testimony, City Council will take the following actions:\nConsider any written protests submitted by Assessed Facilities within the current and\nproposed ATID boundary; and following a tabulation by the City Clerk on whether the\nwritten protests received by Assessed Facilities included in the existing and proposed\nATID boundaries and that are projected to pay fifty percent (50%) or more of the\nAssessments levied, determine whether the written protests constitute a majority. If so,\nthe modifications would not be adopted and would be prevented from further\nconsideration for a period of one year from the date of determination.\nIf the written protests do not constitute a majority, City Council will consider the following:\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF ANAHEIM adopting modifications to the Anaheim Tourism Improvement\nDistrict of 2010 Management Plan relating to expanding boundaries; revising activities\nand improvements including adding housing related activities and improvements;\nchanging allocation of assessment funds to provide funding for housing-related\nactivities; establishing a housing committee; adding vacation ownership resorts to\nbusinesses subject to the assessment and adopting a related modification to the\nResolution of Formation.\nORDINANCE NO.\n(INTRODUCTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM amending specified sections of Chapter 2.14 of the Anaheim\nMunicipal Code relating to the Anaheim Tourism Improvement District.
