Expenditure:\n$650,000 (Non-General Fund},.\nRecommendation of the City Attorney that City Council:\n1) Appropriate $650,000 from Airport Fund Balance; and,\n2) Approve a fourth amendment to fee agreement with the law firm of Rutan & Tucker, LLP\nof Costa Mesa, CA (C2020-038) in the amount of $650,000 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $2,415,000 to provide legal services relating to the 2020 Los Angeles Regional\nWater Quality Control Board Order/Hi-Shear Litigation.
