5.\nApprove a Master Agreement with The Okonite Company, Inc., in the average annual cost of\n$7,825,412 plus applicable tax, with a cumulative contract amount not to exceed $39,127,060, for\nthe purchase of electrical cables and wires for a three-year term with two one-year optional\nrenewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute the Master Agreement\nand all related documents including renewal options.
