8B. Finance - Appropriate Funds and Approve Consulting Services Agreement for\nCooperative Purchase of Business License Tax Compliance Services. Expenditure:\nNot-to-Exceed $976,500 (General Fund: Approximately $325,500 Annually).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Increase FY2022-23 General Fund Operating Fund revenue budget by $54,250; and\n2) Appropriate $54,250 to the FY2022-23 General Fund Operating Fund expenditure\nbudget; and\n3) Approve a consulting services agreement to Hinderliter, de Llamas, and Associates of\nBrea, California for an amount not-to-exceed $976,500 to provide business license tax\ncompliance services for a three-year period beginning April 11, 2023 and ending\nApril 10, 2026 as a cooperative purchase utilizing the City of Bakersfield Master\nServices Agreement 2022-08.
