AND VIA DEL LAGO (REPORT OF: PARKS AND\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES) (DISTRICT 4)\nRequest to Review and Consider the Public Arts Commission’s Approval of Utility\nBox Art Program Application- Shayne Mitchell at the Corner of Iris Ave. and Via Del\nLago.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and CSD:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation; and\n2. Review and consider approval of Utility Box Art Program Application from Shayne\nMitchell for the design of one utility box wrap at the intersection of Iris Ave. and Via\nDel Lago (Lake Perris entrance); and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an agreement\nfor services with the approved applicant utilizing funding from DIF Public Art Fund\n3316.
