(REPORT OF: PARKS AND\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES) (DISTRICT 1)\nRequest to Review and Consider the Public Arts Commission’s Approval of Utility\nBox Art Program Application- Andrew Lyko at the Corner of Frederick St. and\nCottonwood Ave.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and CSD:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation; and\n2. Review and consider approval of Utility Box Art Program Application from Andrew\nLyko for the design of one utility box wrap at the intersection of Frederick St. and\nCottonwood Ave. (Juan Bautista Trail); and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an agreement\nfor services with the approved applicant utilizing funding from DIF Public Art Fund\n3316.
