RESOLUTION No. 25-56 BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR PROJECT NOS. 7359 AND 7607 HERMOSILLO PARK GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE AGREEMENT\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution 25-56, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIY OF NORWALK\nAUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADOPTED FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 BUDGET\nINCREASING THE AMOUNT OF $10,404,164 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HERMOSILLO\nPARK PROJECT.\nb. approve a Design-Build Agreement to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price provided by Reyes\nConstruction, Inc., in the amount of $49,631,712 for construction of the Hermosillo Park Project,\nProject Nos. 7359 and 7607; and authorize the City Manager to execute any future amendments,\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within his signing authority, on behalf of the City, in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\nORAL COMMUNICATIONS
