(REPORT OF: PARKS AND\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES) (DISTRICT 2)\n\nRequest to Review and Consider the Public Arts Commission’s Approval of Utility\nBox Art Program Application- Alexandra Garcia at the Corner of Pigeon Pass Rd. &\nOld Lake Dr.\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and CSD:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation; and\n2. Review and consider approval of Utility Box Art Program Application from\nAlexandra Garcia for the design of one utility box wrap at the intersection of Pigeon\nPass Rd. & Old Lake Dr.; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an agreement\nfor services with the approved applicant utilizing funding from DIF Public Art Fund\n3316.
