6.\nREJECT ALL BIDS FOR AS-NEEDED ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER INSTALLATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION (Water & Power Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Public Resources\nCode Section 21080(b)(5)\n(projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves) and Section 15270 of the State CEQA Guidelines; and\n(2)\nReject all bids received by August 7, 2025, in response to the Invitation for Bids for As-Needed Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Charger Installations\nand Construction.
