9.9 PROJECT ACCEPTANCE FOR THE NATATORIUM PAINT PROJECT, FY 2024-2025\n(CIP PROJECT NO. 4011.68.113) – NOTICE OF COMPLETION\nComments:\nThe Natatorium painting project is part of a larger renovation effort aimed at enhancing\nthe facility for the benefit of the community.\nThe scope of work included cleaning and power-washing the existing paint, installing\nprimer, and repainting the natatorium building to the city's desired color scheme. Work\nhas been completed, and the project is now ready for acceptance. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING\nTHE NATATORIUM PAINT PROJECT, FY 2024-2025 (CIP PROJECT NO. 4011.68.113)\nAS COMPLETE; AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION\nWITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE AND THE RELEASE OF\nTHE 5% RETENTION 35 DAYS AFTER THE ACCEPTANCE.”
