8.3\nAPPROVAL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HOME-ARP TENANT-BASED RENTAL\nASSISTANCE (TBRA) GUIDELINES\nComments:\nOn March 21, 2023, the City Council approved the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The City\nwas allocated $1,967,319 in HOME-ARP funds. To be compliant with the established\neligible activities and the qualifying population, the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance\nProgram (TBRA) Guidelines have been developed in accordance with HUD and HOME\nregulations, including how the funds will be used to address the needs of qualifying\npopulations. (CD)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING\nTHE CITY OF LYNWOOD HOME-ARP TBRA PROGRAM GUIDELINES”.
