9.2 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nTHE CONSERVATION CORPS OF LONG BEACH (CCLB)\nComments:\nStaff is requesting that the City Council approve a second amendment to the professional\nservices agreement with Conservation Corps of Long Beach to perform cleanup services\nthrough June 30, 2026. (CM)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council of the City of Lynwood approve a resolution\napproving the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with the\nConservation Corps of Long Beach (CCLB) to -\n1. Extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2026; and\n2. Appropriate $75,000 to fund cleanup services under the amended agreement.
