9.\nApprove a Facility Use Agreement with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside\nfor the use of the gymnasium at the Joe R Gonzales Community Center to provide day camp\nprograms and determine that approval of the agreement is exempt from environmental review\npursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act Guidelines (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker).
