16. Southern California Edison Easement on Mesa Street\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Grant an exclusive utility easement to Southern California Edison on Assessor\nParcel Number 3136-451-08 as described in the attached documents; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the easement on the City's behalf.
