Tentative Tract Map No. 20792 – A request to merge two parcels for development\npurposes and create eight residential condominium airspace units plus one common lot.\nb. Conditional Use Permit No. 1201 – A request to construct and operate a condominium\ndevelopment in accordance with Chapter 18.156, Article IV, of the Redlands Municipal Code.\nc. Commission Review and Approval No. 972 – A request for site plan approval to construct\nfour detached two-story residences (with two condominium dwelling units per building) for a\ntotal of eight condominiums and related site improvements, parking, landscape, lighting,\nrecreational amenities, and utility connections.\nd. Adoption of a Socio-Economic Cost/Benefit Study prepared for the proposed project as\nrequired by Measure "U."
