Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $20,000.00\n(Non-General Fund},.\nRecommendation of the Chief of Police and Airport Commission that City Council:\n1) Appropriate funding in an amount not-to-exceed $20,000 for the 2023 Armed Forces\nDay Parade Flyovers on Saturday, May 20, 2023; and\n2) Designate the event as a special exhibit under Section 46.8.10 of the Torrance\nMunicipal Code which exempts such events from aircraft noise regulations.
