Item 104:\nResolution Authorizing Regular Rate Overtime Compensation for Out-ofJurisdiction Emergency Deployments with Reimbursable Personnel Costs.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action will allow the City’s General Fund to be fully reimbursed for portal-to-portal\ntime of all SDFD employees responding to emergencies out-of-jurisdiction under the\nCFAA . This will allow for full cost recovery of time spent out of jurisdiction.
