6.7\na.\nApprove the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Railpros Field\nServices Inc., to increase the total compensation by $300,000 to provide necessary flagging\nservices.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Railpros Field Services, Inc., including any nonsubstantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070 (G), which is the equivalent of\n$90,000, and issue a change order for $300,000 with Railpros Field Services, Inc.\nAGREEMENT WITH CLP ENGINEERING, LLC FOR THE WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION ACCESS\nTARIFF RELAY REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nThat the City Council:\na.\nApprove the Professional Services Agreement with CLP Engineering, LLC for the design,\nprocurement, and oversight of SEL-751 relay installation at five Wholesale Distribution\nAccess Tariff connection points.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with CLP Engineering, LLC in the amount of $207,507, including any nonsubstantive extensions, change order, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$20,750.\nc.\nMake a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.140(D) that competitive\nbidding has been satisfied for the reasons provided in the âBasis of Determination that\nPurpose of Bidding is Otherwise Accomplishedâ section of this report.\nd.\nCreate a new capital improvement project titled âWholesale Distribution Access Tariff Relay\nReplacementâ and authorize an appropriation in the amount of $315,000, from the Greenfield\nElectric Utility Fund 578 to this project.
