Item 54:\nFourth Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of San Diego and SAP Public\nServices, Inc. for Software Licensing, Maintenance, Support, and Technical Advisory\nServices Related to the SAP Systems of the City of San Diego.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nIncreasing the not to exceed amount by $38,125,000.
