8.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-1099\nAmendment 6 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Data Ticket, Inc., in an estimated amount of\n$675,161 for a revised contract amount of $2,520,869,\nextending the term through November 28, 2027, for parking\ncitation and parking permit issuance, processing, and\ncollection services, and annual handheld support and\nairtime service; appropriate $9,156 from Parking Citation\nRevenue account; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment.
