10.9\nRight-of-Way Contract with McCall Senior 37, LLC for the Acquisition of Real Property for\nthe Valley Boulevard Widening Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Right-of-Way Contract with\nMcCall Senior 37, LLC, for the purchase of real property identified as Assessor\nParcel Number 335-080-013 for the Valley Boulevard Widening and Missing Links\nProject, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 22-02, for a total amount\nnot-to-exceed $206,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all other necessary related\ndocuments thereof to acquire the Property and the Finance Department to issue\npayment associated with escrow fees and closing costs for a total amount not-toexceed $20,600; and\n3. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $444,358 in expenditures within\nthe Capital Projects Fund 4320 to the Project account to support the Project’s current\nand anticipated Right-of-Way acquisition needs.\nPost
