Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to agreement No. 2306-A\nwith Adminsure, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide Third Party\nAdministration services for the City Workers' Compensation and General Liablity\nprograms; or\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
