10. HDB:\nStaff recommends that the Harbor District Board of 25-1080\nDirectors adopt a resolution accepting $8,000 in grant\nfunds from the California Department of Parks and\nRecreation, Boating and Waterways Division awarded to\nthe Oceanside Small Craft Harbor District for the removal\nand disposal of abandoned, wrecked or dismantled\nvessels, or parts thereof, or any other partially submerged\nobjects; appropriate the funds to the Harbor Division;\napprove the grant agreement which requires the City to\nmatch ten-percent or $800 of the grant funds; and\nauthorize the Administrative Officer, or designee, to\nexecute all associated grant documents upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
