6.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-1089\nAmendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Chandler Asset Management, extending the\nterm of the agreement for one year through December 7,\n2026, for $210,000, for a total of $750,000 for all four\nyears, under the total-asset based fee model; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
