Approving Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 2024-57-CC with Gannett Fleming, Inc.\n(“Agreement”), to fund five (5) days of additional construction management and inspection\nservices through the completion of construction for the Tweedy Mile Complete Streets Project,\nCity Project No. 614-ST, Federal Project No. ATPL-5257(039), in an amount not to exceed\n$13,635.18; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
