18. Approve Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for Professional Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to\nperform a Public Works Cost Reduction Analysis, in the amount of $36,850;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Raftelis in a\nform approved by the City Attorney; and\nc. Appropriate $35,000 in Gas Tax and $10,000 in Street Sweeping Funds to fund the study and a\ncontingency.
